Dr. Benjamin Chan will be joining the Valley Oaks team at the beginning of June. Dr. Benjamin Chan was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. He grew up multi-culturally with Chinese, Filipino, and American influences and is proud to say he is fluent in English, Chinese, and Tagalog. He completed medical school in the Philippines and trained in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Chan has over 36 years of healthcare experience. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, photography, and has been published multiple books. He also has a Lhasa apso named Benny.

Daniel Arsulo migrated to the US in 1994 and settled in Las Vegas in 2004. He is an experienced healthcare professional with a Doctor of Medicine (1991) and a Masters of Science in Nursing (2017). He is well versed in family medicine including pediatrics. Daniel is married with two adult children and family is a top priority. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and has a passion for music listening to a variety of genres, although his favorites are big band and classical music. Combining compassion and an extensive educational background, Daniel Aruslo is an exceptional asset to our team. 

Daniel is comfortable seeing ages 6 and up.

Mark is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in adult medicine. He received his Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Illinois with distinction in 2021. Mark has been a registered nurse since 2005 and practiced in medical-surgical, case management, utilization management, and academe. Mark was originally from the Philippines, and immigrated in the United States in 2015. With various nursing experience, Mark realized the importance of outpatient care on an ongoing basis to improve health outcome. In his free time, Mark enjoys cooking, singing, and traveling. Mark is fluent in English, Tagalog, Cebuano, and Kapampangan.

Mark is comfortable seeing ages 18 and up.

Jasmin Quillosa Matutis is a board-certified family nurse practitioner licensed in Nevada. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in family practice from Samuel Merritt University and holds a National certification from the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has diverse, fulfilling years of nursing experience from acute care, skilled nursing & rehab, community health nursing, gero-psych, corrections nursing, mental health rehabilitation and recovery.


Jasmin is an active member of several professional organizations and networks, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Nevada Nurses Association, Western Regional Advance Practice Nurses, and the National Nurse Practitioner Entrepreneur Network. Jasmin accomplished to join the Nu XI At Large Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society in Nursing in 2020.
Jasmin is obtaining her doctoral degree in nursing practice, which will provide more access to health care and patient services in outpatient, inpatient, and virtual settings.

Jasmin is comfortable seeing ages 12 and up.

Judith Belete is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2008, her Master of Science in Nursing-Nurse Educator in 2013, and Family Nurse Practitioner at United States University. She worked in different specialties such as University Instructor, Rehabilitation, Long Term Acute Care, Post-Acute Care, Cardiac and Neuro Progressive Care Unit, and Intermediate Care Unit. She holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

“As a family nurse practitioner, I have been trained to treat the whole family, from infancy to the elderly which gives me the knowledge and skills to assess, diagnose, and treat the majority of conditions that present in the clinic. I also know that patients with complex conditions sometimes need to see a physician or a specialist. I am also focused on teaching patients about maintaining a balance for optimal health.”

Judith is comfortable seeing ages 15 and up.

Originally from the Philippines, Ferdinand Madayag began his healthcare journey at Far Eastern University before continuing his studies in the United States at Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science. With over 9 years of experience as a healthcare provider, Ferdinand remains enthralled by the intricacies of Health Sciences, committed to easing suffering and addressing illnesses. Outside of his professional endeavors, he finds fulfillment in playing basketball, traveling, and karaoke, even if he doesn’t consider himself a skilled singer. 

Ferdinand is comfortable seeing ages 14 and up.

Nerissa C. Dimailig, APRN is a family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience serving the Las Vegas community. She received her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008, and was previously a primary care medical doctor and OBGYN practitioner in the Philippines. She came to the United States to continue her medical career in order to provide excellent care with advanced medicine in a variety of settings including hospitals, primary care clinics, and home health services. She develops long, lasting relationships with her patients that carry on for the next generation.

Nerissa is comfortable seeing ages 12 and up.
