You ever walk into a facility and can tell how your care will be based on the way their staff greets you? This medical group is amazing! Their staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about their patients. Daniela, a medical assistant, was very polite when she greeted me with a smile. She was also very gentle when taking my vitals and made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable. They are respectful and listen to the patient’s concerns. They make sure you fully understand what they are explaining to you whether it’s medicine, treatments, or diagnosis. I will definitely refer Valley Oaks Medical Group to my friends and family.

Great bedside manner
I’m highly impressed with the overall office. Professional but very willing to help with any questions a patient may have regarding their healthcare needs or concerns. The doctor pays close attention when you’re speaking with her & very knowledgeable of my particular healthcare needs which definitely makes me feel more confident & secure in the diagnosis & prognosis of my future health care overall. She also has a great bedside manner which is very important when conversations regarding my health care in general. Also the front desk, nurses & laboratory at her office is highly knowledgeable & professional as well.
